Scren layers are made in 3 stages. In the rear stage, both the slope and material's speed are high which allows a contact of the material with the screen opening. Fine material is easily sieved at this stage. The slope in the middle stage is up to the classic screen slope. In the preliminary stage, the screen inclination is throughly reduced and the material is increased to enlarge the screes' yield. Thanks to these 3 stages, the screen capacity is 20%-30% more than the same size screen.
