Line process:
1. The line is fed with a pre-rolled dough strip on a conveyor.
2. Longitudinal cutting of the dough strip using adjustable circular knives.
3. Multi-lane application/dosing via a pneumatic unit positioned above the conveyor.
4. Intermediate conveying and transfer of the dough to the various shaping stations.
5. Shaping and processing of the dough using rollers and interchangeable tools depending on the product being produced.
6. Cross-cutting and/or stamping by a guillotine-type cutting unit.
7. Removal of the shaped products at the line exit to the subsequent production operations.
The line includes, in particular: belt conveyors, a longitudinal cutting station, adjustable circular knives, a multi-channel pneumatic application/dosing unit, intermediate conveyors, shaping units, a cutting/stamping unit, an upper accessory-holding structure, rollers, cutting shafts, and various interchangeable tools.
